You hereby acknowledge and agree that any data received from Google APIs, whether directly or indirectly through the Services, shall be used solely for the intended purposes as specified by Google API Services User Data Policy. Furthermore, you shall not transfer or share such data to any other application or third-party service except as expressly permitted by Google API Services User Data Policy and applicable laws.
