- Payment and Refunds
If you purchase a subscription to our platform, you agree to pay all fees associated with the subscription. Fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise stated in our refund policy.

We do not warrant that our platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects will be corrected.
- Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cratos or its affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
